About us.
Female Firepower Association is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. It was formed to help fund firearms training for women who have no experience but are interested in purchasing a firearm. We fund classes that teach the basic fundamentals of firearm safety and use of a firearm. Learning these skills will help women on the path to obtaining a CCW. Too many times women have fallen victims in crimes where they have no means to protect themselves against their attacker. The demand for firearms training is becoming more relevant in today's society, especially for women. We are here to help women be more prepared and armed if they are put in a self-defense situation.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to be able to fund as many firearm training classes as we can, so every women who desires to be efficient with a firearm has a training option available regardless of cost. We want women to get involved in spreading the word to their friends, family, and neighbors to get trained so our community can be a safer place for women.
Get to Know Us
Hi, our names are Sara and Kara. We are twin sisters from Bakersfield, California. We are the founders of Female Firepower Association. We started this non-profit because we have a strong passion in helping women and their safety. After our children were old enough for school, this allowed us to dedicate more of our time to starting this organization. Every year we hear more and more stories about women who have become victims in a crime. We hope our work will inspire women to reach out and get the courses they will need to help better protect themselves.
